Irina Rimes at the Palace of Sports With Jerry Heil
Moldovan-Romanian singer Irina Rimes performed in April 2026 at Kyiv's Palace of Sports during Jerry Heil's solo concert. The two artists performed a joint track, 'HORA' — an updated version of 'Hora fetelor' blending Ukrainian and Romanian folk motifs.
During the concert, Irina Rimes addressed the audience in Ukrainian and voiced her support for Ukrainians.
She told the audience that she sees and feels for them, and said she hopes with all her heart that peace comes soon — a peace where they can finally breathe freely again, before shouting 'Slava Ukraini!' Irina said from the stage.
Irina Rimes had previously said she had long planned to collaborate with Jerry Heil.
She explained that she'd been a fan of Jerry Heil since Eurovision and had always admired her artistry, and that as soon as she released 'Hora fetelor,' she knew she wanted to make another version together with her, the artist said.
